Are Via Manzoni items authentic?

We guarantee 100% authenticity. We only source our products from authorized boutiques and brands themselves. 

There is a two-step authenticity check process. First we will inspect the original sourcing contracts to verify legitimacy. Then when we received products at our Italy warehouse, our professionals will conduct quality check to ensure authenticity and products in brand new and good condition.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box. Most products will be delivered with original packages. Handbags come in the dust bags.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdoms, Unite States. However, you could place order on the special order page if you are out of our service countries.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don’t offer reservations.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Our delivery options may vary. In general, the shipping cost to the US and Canada is $20 USD. Other destinations will cost $80 USD. Sign up for our newsletter to receive the shipping fee credit.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll dispatch it within 2 business days from our US or Italian locations. Delivery takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided through email. You can also follow its journey by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account. Track your Via Manzoni order status here.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

For US Customer, Via Manzoni ships to the United States on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery. The only exception is for Michigan residents, we will collect 6% sales tax since we registered our company there. Your refund will include any taxes and duties you paid in the original purchase price.

For customer outside of US, Via Manzoni ships to you on DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), the price displayed will be exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the destination country, we are unable to estimate the total amount of these fees. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to sign up or create an account to place order. You can check out by google pay or apple pay instead of filling all the shipping and billing information.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange due to the discounted prices of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our customer service team to discuss a potential discount waiver and return. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the product is in its original condition, we will process a refund, minus any initial shipping costs. We do not accept returns on any products that are marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page. Please note that the final decision to accept a return will be at the discretion of Via Manzoni and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

If you want to return an item(s), please email within 7 days of receiving your order. Items will not be accepted for return without preauthorization. Please note that special orders and sale items cannot be returned. The detailed information can be found at the return policy page.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Just head to ‘Orders & Returns’. We can’t add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces. You can find more info in our Return & Refunds Policy.

Why is Via Manzoni pricing special?

We source all products directly from brands and official distributors in Italy and France. We actually started our business as a luxury designer goods wholesaler.

When you purchase an item(s) through Via Manzoni, you are directly importing goods from Italy or France. The same high-quality products are usually available at a lower retail price in Italy (up to 30% – 40% less than the manufacturer suggested retail price depending on the region after including taxes and duties), needless to say, we obtain the products at wholesale prices.

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card Via Manzoni will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Will my personal details stay safe?
